About Me

Hi, I'm Tristyne (pronounced like Kristen, but with a T). I'm a photographer, event planner, mother of two, wife, educator, and more.

I enjoy photography because I love making people look and feel good! Capturing the beauty in moments otherwise overlooked is a passion I've enjoyed pursuing since I was in high school. And having the ability to look at photos that bring back memories is a gift I do not take for granted. Though I took a few years away from being a professional photographer to be an elementary teacher, I've never stopped capturing the cherished moments of my own life. I'm always trying to improve, eager to learn & improve my skills with each session.

When I'm not taking photos, planning events, or spending time with my family, I enjoy training in brazilian jiujitsu (or other sports where I can trick myself into a good workout), celebrating the beautiful wines and food that our valley has to offer with friends, or when I'm really lucky, traveling around the world.
